Using LiveSync
When LiveSync is turned on, Hyperproof imports a new version of your file(s) any time a change is made to the source file. For more information, including supported services and sync types, refer to Managing proof: LiveSync.
To use the LiveSync feature, you must first link proof from an external storage provider in one of the following ways:

Note
Proof can be uploaded via a request, but LiveSync must be turned on via the Proof main list.
To use LiveSync with a request, navigate to the Proof tab, open the proof, and then select the LiveSync checkbox.
While in the Proof Picker, be sure to do the following:
Select the file(s) or folder(s) you want to link. Note that only files in the selected folder will be synchronized. Subfolders within the folder are ignored. Additionally, if you turn LiveSync off for a particular piece of proof within a folder, LiveSync becomes disabled on all pieces of proof in that folder. For more information see, Turning off LiveSync.
Refer to Managing proof: LiveSync for information on supported sync types.
Turn on LiveSync by selecting the LiveSync checkbox at the bottom of the Proof Picker.
A confirmation window displays the list of files to synchronize when LiveSync is turned on.
Click Confirm to continue.
Click Add proof.
Note
Hyperproof checks for updates to files and folders nightly. You can manually trigger an update by viewing the proof via the Proof tab, and then selecting Sync now.
If you forgot to turn on LiveSync, or if you only want to turn on LiveSync for a single piece of proof that is not within a folder, you can turn on LiveSync after the proof has been linked.
Note
If using the Confluence integration with Hyperproof's LiveSync feature, LiveSync converts the Confluence page URL to a PDF.
