Using Hyperproof to perform assessments

Use the steps below to help you perform an assessment using Hyperproof.

  1. Contact an administrator or compliance manager to create the assessment

  2. Add users to the assessment

    1. Evaluate the controls or requirements

    2. Link related objects (if necessary)

    3. Track inconsistencies with issues

  3. Create tasks

    1. Split out work

  4. Link proof to evaluations

    1. This could be evidence of a test performed for operational effectiveness

    2. This could be a detailed breakdown of how a control or requirement scores in a certain assessment framework

    3. This could be a cost breakdown of control or requirement activities if you’re evaluating cost

  5. Optionally, include the following:

    1. Archive an evaluation

    2. Archive the assessment
