Archiving and unarchiving a Risk Register

Roles and permissions

The following roles can archive and unarchive a Risk Register:

  • Administrators who are members of the Risk Register

  • Compliance managers with manager permissions who are members of the Risk Register

  • Users with manager permissions who are members of the Risk Register

As your program grows and evolves, you may find that some Risk Registers are no longer needed. As with other objects in Hyperproof, archiving a Risk Register removes it from view, but doesn’t completely remove it from Hyperproof. This is helpful should you need to access an archived Risk Register in the future.

Archiving a Risk Register

When a Risk Register is archived, all objects associated with the Risk Register are also archived.

  1. From the left menu, select Risk.

  2. Select the Risk Register you want to archive.
