Approvals
The approval workflow provides a structured process that ensures that completed work is formally reviewed and verified by designated approvers before being finalized. When a record, such as a policy, is submitted, Hyperproof creates a series of approvals based on the configured approval flow for the record. Each approver receives an approval to review the work. Approvers can approve the submitted work or request changes, allowing them to provide direct feedback.
This workflow provides your organization with:
Quality assurance: Independent review confirms accuracy and completeness.
Feedback capture: Approvers can document required changes or improvements.
Evidence of approval: All decisions are recorded, creating a clear audit trail.
Efficiency: Automated records streamline and standardize the process.
The approval workflow can be used with the following:
Tasks - When a task is submitted, an approval to review the task and linked proof is created, and individual approvals are assigned to a list of approvers that you select.
Policies - When a policy version moves from the Draft to the Approval stage, an approval is created, and individual approvals are assigned to a list of approvers that you select.
