Unlinking proof from a request

Roles and permissions

The following roles can unlink proof from a request:

  • Administrators

  • Compliance managers

  • Users

Unlinking proof from a request removes the proof from the request, but doesn’t delete it from your organization. When you unlink proof, you can still view the proof at the organizational level.

Note

Unlinking proof from a request also removes the proof from any linked evaluations.

  1. From the left menu, select Audits or Assessments.

  2. Select your audit or assessment.

  3. Select the Requests tab.

  4. Select the request with the proof you want to unlink.

  5. In the right pane, scroll to Proof.

  6. Hover over the proof, then click the Unlink icon.

    The Unlink proof window opens.

  7. Click Confirm.

    The proof is unlinked from the request.
