Archiving and unarchiving a request

Roles and permissions

The following roles can archive and/or unarchive a request:

  • Administrators

  • Compliance managers with manager permissions

  • Users with manager permissions

Archiving a request removes it from view, but doesn’t completely remove it from Hyperproof. This is helpful should you need to access an archived request in the future.

Archiving a request

  1. From the left menu, select Audits.

  2. Select your audit.

  3. Select the Requests tab.

    Tip

Alternatively, you can archive a single request by opening the request, and then clicking the Archive icon in the upper-right corner.

Unarchiving a request

  2. Select your audit.

    Tip

You can view all components of the archived request including details, notes, and linked labels and proof.

  6. Click Unarchive.

The request is unarchived and moved back into the requests list.
