Converting an attachment to proof
Roles and permissions
The following roles can convert an attachment to proof:
Administrators
Compliance managers who are managers on the request
Users who are managers on the request
External auditors who have access to the request
From the left menu, select Audits.
Select your audit.
Select the Requests tab.
Select the request with the linked attachment.
In the right pane, locate the attachment and then click ....
Click Convert to proof.
The attachment is converted to proof. The proof can be found in the request's Proof section and in the proof main list.
Alternatively, an attachment can be converted to proof via the Proof preview window. Open the attachment, and then click the arrow next to the Download button. Click Convert to proof.
