Changing an existing contact to a Hyperproof user

Roles and permissions

The following roles can change a contact to a user in the organization:

  • Administrators

Contacts can be changed to Hyperproof users if you need them to be able to log in to Hyperproof.

  1. From the left menu, select Settings.

  2. Select People.

  3. Locate the contact you want to change to a user, then click Invite.

  4. Select the new member's role from the Role drop-down menu.

  5. Optionally, enter a message for the user.

  6. Click OK.

    An invitation to join the organization is sent to the user. Note that the user cannot be assigned to objects, e.g., an issue, until they accept the invitation.

    If the user was assigned to any objects as a contact, they remain members of those objects.
