Managing catalog pages and sections

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

Creating catalog pages

  1. From the top menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Catalog.

    The Catalog Types window displays.

  3. Locate the catalog you want to configure and click the Catalog configuration card.

    The Catalog configuration window displays.

  4. In the left menu, click Add.

  5. Enter a page name and click the Save icon.

Creating catalog sections

  1. From the top menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Catalog.

    The Catalog Types window displays.

  3. Locate the catalog you want to configure and click the Catalog configuration card.

    The Catalog configuration window displays.

  4. Select a page from the left menu.

  5. Click Add Section to create a new section.

    Note

    You can add multiple sections to a page.

Reordering pages and sections

Once you are in the Catalog configuration window, you can drag and drop pages or sections to reorganize them.

Configuring buttons in the header section

In the Catalog configuration window, click the Open section link next to the Header. In the header section, click a button to edit the button configuration.

Adding fields to catalog sections

  1. From the top menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Catalog.

    The Catalog Types window displays.

  3. Locate the catalog you want to configure and click the Catalog configuration card.

    The Catalog configuration window displays.

  4. Locate the section you want to modify and select it.

  5. Select the Add Component card in the section.

    The Fields panel displays with two tabs:

    • Build Field tab - Use this tab to create new fields with types like text, number, date, binary, and email.

    • Choose Existing tab - Use this tab to select fields from the list of previously created fields.

  6. To create a new field using the Build Field tab:

    1. Select a field type.

      Note

      The configuration fields for your new field vary depending on the field type you select. For example, if you choose the field type Number, the fields Minimum value and Maximum value display, but those fields don't display if you choose the field type Date.

    2. Provide a title.

    3. Fill in the remaining fields. See Catalog field types for detailed information on each field type.

    4. If needed, enable the Generate Using AI option to auto-populate fields using AI in the catalog.

Customizing catalog fields

Once you have added a field to a catalog section, you can edit that field as follows:

  1. From the top menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Catalog.

    The Catalog Types window displays.

  3. Locate the catalog you want to configure and click the Catalog configuration card.

    The Catalog configuration window displays.

  4. Locate the section you want to modify and select it.

  5. Locate the field you want to edit and click the Edit icon.

  6. Resize a field by dragging its edges to adjust the minimum and maximum width.

  7. Reorder the fields within a section by dragging and dropping them into their new location.
