This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

A document type is a classification used for internal documents within an organization, facilitating communication and record-keeping.

Note

Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable specific contract and document types for a catalog and the associated vendors.

Accessing document types

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Contracts & Documents.

  3. From the left menu, select Document types.

    A list of document types displays.

  4. To add a new document type, click + Add New.

  5. To search for an existing document, enter the document type name in the Search field.

  6. To delete a document type, hover over the ... (More) menu and select Delete.

  7. To access additional document types, use the pagination options at the bottom of the list.

The document types list has the following fields:

Displays the name of each document type.

Updated On

Date the document type was last updated.

Actions

Actions that can be performed on the document type.

  • Delete - Deletes the document type from the list.
