The Email Tracking feature allows users to manage email correspondence with vendors by associating emails with vendors listed in the catalog. It includes features for both automatic and manual association of emails, providing tools for tracking, remapping, and managing these associations effectively.
Key features include:
Automatic association - Emails sent or forwarded from addresses listed in a vendor's contact information are automatically associated with that vendor.
Settings > Email Tracking
Provides a central page for managing emails that are not associated with a vendor.
Allows users to manually map emails to vendors for better tracking.
Vendor-specific email tracking
Displays emails associated with a specific vendor.
Includes tools for removing and remapping associations between emails and vendors.
