Creating a form

Note

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Forms.

    A list of existing forms displays.

  3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Add New button and select one of the following:

    • Choose from existing - Create a new form by copying an existing form and editing it.

    • Create new - Create a new empty form.

  4. If you selected Choose from existing, click a form from the list displayed, then click Use this form.

    The Form builder window displays.

  5. If you selected Create new, enter a form title and optional description, then click Create.

    The Form builder window displays.
