Risk register

The risk register allows you to manage risks associated with questions in a project questionnaire. When enabled, risks can be added at the question level, shared with vendors, and tracked throughout the collaboration process.
Enabling the risk register and vendor collaboration
When you add the Risk AI component to a workflow, one of the configuration options is to toggle on Allow Add To Register. By toggling on this option, you enable access to the risk register when reviewing vendor responses to a Risk AI questionnaire. Once the risk register is enabled, a Register button displays on the Project Questionnaire window. During that same configuration process, you can toggle on Vendor Collaboration to allow vendors to collaborate as you go through the review process and configure an email that is sent to vendors when you share risks with them. Once toggled on, the +Email Template for Vendor Collaboration option displays. Click it to review and edit the email that vendors receive, which includes a link to the questionnaire.
