Workflows

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

Roles and permissions

To create, configure, and manage workflows, you must have one of the following roles:

  • Admin

  • Manager

Accessing the workflow builder

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Workflow Builder.

    The list of workflows displays.

  3. To add a workflow, click + New Workflow.

  4. To search for a workflow, enter the workflow name in the Search field.

  5. To delete a workflow, hover over the ... (More) menu for the workflow and select Delete.

  6. To sort workflows, select either Created on or Last updated in the Sort dropdown.

  7. Use the Show Active Workflows toggle to hide/show inactive workflows.
