Enable and verify Microsoft Entra ID SCIM provisioning
You must be logged in to Microsoft Entra using one of the following roles: Application Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Global Administrator.
When you enable SCIM provisioning with Microsoft Entra ID, the following happens:
Microsoft Entra ID begins the initial synchronization with Hyperproof. This process may take 15 to 20 minutes.
Microsoft Entra ID triggers ongoing incremental synchronizations with Hyperproof every 40 minutes.
Users and groups are created in Hyperproof based on the user and group assignments configured in Microsoft Entra ID. See Assigning Microsoft Entra ID users and groups for SCIM provisioning.
You can monitor the status of the synchronization in Microsoft Entra ID under Provisioning > Provisioning logs.
To enable provisioning:
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
Navigate to Entra ID> Enterprise apps.
Open the Hyperproof SCIM application you created. See Adding a Microsoft Entra non-gallery application for SCIM.
From the top menu, select Start Provisioning.
Click Save.
Click Provisioning logs.
Verify SCIM provisioning between Microsoft Entra ID and Hyperproof
Check the provisioning status in Microsoft Entra ID:
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
Navigate to Entra ID > Enterprise apps.
Open the Hyperproof SCIM application you created. See Adding a Microsoft Entra non-gallery application for SCIM.
From the left menu, select Provisioning.
Click Provisioning logs.
Review the logs for any errors.
Verify that users display a Success status.
Check the provisioning process in Hyperproof:
Log in to Hyperproof.
From the left menu, select Settings.
Select People.
Confirm that users display the correct data:
Names and email addresses
Assigned roles
Active status
