Eploy proof types and permissions

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.

When you configure a Hypersync for Eploy on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Requirements

To connect to Eploy and collect proof, your Eploy configuration must meet the following requirements.

  • You must be an Eploy administrator.

  • Subdomain - Your Eploy subdomain. For example, if you sign in to Eploy at acme.eploy.net, your subdomain is acme.

  • Client ID, Client Secret, and Permissions -

    1. In your Eploy account, select Admin > Security Settings > API Keys.

    2. Click New > REST API.

    3. Enter a name for your API Key.

    4. Select your user account Run As User.

    5. Click Save.

    6. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and store them in a secure location.

    7. Click Add API Permissions.

    8. Add View permissions as needed for the fields included in the proof type. See Eploy - How do I link my account? for more information.

Note

Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.

Connection configuration

When you configure a Hypersync for Eploy the first time, you must provide the following information:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all data.

Note

You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.

Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
