Infinite BrassRing proof types and permissions

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.

When you configure a Hypersync for Infinite BrassRing on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Requirements

To connect to Infinite BrassRing and collect proof, your Infinite BrassRing configuration must meet the following requirements.

  • You must be an Infinite BrassRing administrator.

  • Subdomain - Your Infinite BrassRing subdomain. For example, if the URL that you received from Infinite BrassRing is https://integrationsproduction.kenexa.com/krb/production/OBJAPI/Merge/inbound/GetData/xml, your subdomain is Merge.

  • Access to the GET API endpoints for the Candidate, Form, and Requisition objects. Ask your Infinite BrassRing representative to set up a subscription for these API endpoints in your subscription. Your Infinite BrassRing representative will provide you with the necessary credentials.

Note

Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.

Connection configuration

When you configure a Hypersync for Infinite BrassRing the first time, you must provide the following information:

  • Subdomain

  • Integration User

  • Manifest Name

  • Client ID

  • Candidate Status - Enter a comma-separated list of the candidate statuses you defined.

  • Question ID for Auto Req ID - Infinite BrassRing provides Question IDs for fields in the Requisition model. Enter the IDs that correspond to the Auto Req ID field.

  • Question ID for Title - Infinite BrassRing provides Question IDs for fields in the Requisition model. Enter the IDs that correspond to the Title field.

  • Site ID

The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all data.

Note

You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.

Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
