Kenjo proof types and permissions

Note

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.

When you configure a Hypersync for Kenjo on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Requirements

To connect to Kenjo and collect proof, your Kenjo configuration must meet the following requirements.

  • You must be a Kenjo administrator.

  • Subdomain - The subdomain for your Kenjo account. For example, if you sign in at sandbox-api.kenjo.io, your subdomain is sandbox-api.

  • User API Key - Contact the Kenjo Customer Success team to request API activation for the sandbox or production environment.

    1. Once your API activation request is approved, make sure you have admin privileges in your Kenjo account.

    2. In Kenjo, go to Settings > Integrations.

    3. Click Settings in the API box to access the API key management page.

    4. Click GENERATE NEW API KEY.

    5. Enter an Alias for the key.

    6. Copy the generated API Key and store it in a secure location.

    7. Click Save.

Note

Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.

Connection configuration

When you configure a Hypersync for Kenjo the first time, you must provide the following information:

  • Subdomain

  • User API Key

The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all employee data.

Note

You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.

Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
