Planday proof types and permissions

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.

When you configure a Hypersync for Planday on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Requirements

To connect to Planday and collect proof, your Planday configuration must meet the following requirements.

  • You must be a Planday administrator.

  • App ID and Token: To generate:

    1. Sign in to Planday as an Integration Administrator.

    2. Navigate to Settings.

    3. On the left sidebar, under Integrations, click API Access.

    4. Click + Create App and set your title. Set the redirect URL to https://app.merge.dev/oauth/callback.

    5. Configure your scopes and click Save.

      Note

      Select only the scopes required to read employee data, not sensitive data, such as social security numbers or payroll information.

    6. Click Authorize to authorize your application.

    7. Copy the App ID and Token and store them in a secure location.

Note

Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.

Connection configuration

When you configure a Hypersync for Planday the first time, you must provide the following information:

  • App ID

  • Token

The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all employee data.

Note

You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.

Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
