UKG Pro Workforce Management proof types and permissions

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.
When you configure a Hypersync for UKG Pro Workforce Management on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:
Requirements
To connect to UKG Pro Workforce Management and collect proof, your UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration must meet the following requirements.
You must be a UKG Pro Workforce Management administrator.
You must create an API user and assign a function access profile with the appropriate permissions. For detailed instructions, see UKG Pro Workforce Management - How do I link my account?.
Note
When configuring the function access profile, select only the permissions required to collect employee data, not sensitive data, such as social security numbers or payroll information.
Note
Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.
Connection configuration
When you configure a Hypersync for UKG Pro Workforce Management the first time, you must provide the following information:
Username
Password
Client ID
Client Secret
Subdomain
The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all employee data.
Note
You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.
Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
