Gladly proof types and permissions

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.
When you configure a Hypersync for Gladly on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:
Requirements
To connect to Gladly and collect proof, your Gladly configuration must meet the following requirements.
Subdomain - Your Gladly subdomain. For example, if you sign in to Gladly at
merge-test.gladly.com, your subdomain is merge-test.API Token - To generate:
Log in to Gladly and click your profile avatar.
Select Profile.
Click API Tokens under App Developer Tools. Note that you must have the API User role to access API tokens.
Click Create Token.
Copy the token and save it in a secure location.
Note
Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.
Connection configuration
When you configure a Hypersync for Gladly the first time, you must provide the following information:
Subdomain
Username
Password (API Token) - Add your API Token in the Password field.
The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all data.
Note
You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.
Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
