Salesforce Service Cloud proof types and permissions

Note

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.

When you configure a Hypersync for Salesforce Service Cloud on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Requirements

To connect to Salesforce Service Cloud and collect proof, your Salesforce Service Cloud configuration must meet the following requirements.

  • You must log in to Salesforce and set up permissions for the account that you will use to configure the Hypersync connection. See Salesforce Service Cloud - What permissions do I need? for more information.

  • Subdomain - Your Salesforce subdomain. Log in to Salesforce and examine the page URL to identify the subdomain. For example, if the page URL is https://mydomain.lightning.force.com..., then the subdomain is mydomain.

Note

Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.

Connection configuration

When you configure a Hypersync for Salesforce Service Cloud the first time, you must provide the following information:

  • Subdomain

  • Username

  • Password

Note

Connection parameters vary depending on how you authenticate to Salesforce.

The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all data.

Note

You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.

Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
