Bulk editing policies
Roles and permissions
The following roles can bulk edit policies:
Administrators with manager permission for the selected policies
Compliance managers with manager permission for the selected policies
Users with manager permission for the selected policies
Using the bulk options on the Policies page you can modify one or more policies. You can only edit policies where you are a member. If you select policies where you are not a member or don't have the correct permissions, the bulk actions are grayed out.
Bulk actions include:
Option/field | Definition |

Clear | Clears all selected checkboxes. |
Archive | Archives the selected policies. See Archiving and unarchiving policies. |
Owner | Changes the owner of the selected policies. See Changing a policy owner. |
Members | Adds users to the membership of the selected policies. See Bulk edit user membership for an object. |
Export | Exports a zip file containing the selected policies 's effective version files. See Exporting policies. |
