Providing the risk intake survey link
Roles and permissions
The following roles can copy the risk intake survey link:
Anyone with viewer permissions for the risk intake survey.
Once your risk intake survey has been created, you can copy the associated URL and make it available to your organization by email or on an internal site. To open the survey and respond, the respondent must meet the following criteria.
They must have the survey URL.
The respondent's email address must be from one of the allowed email domains. The list of allowed email domains is on the Risk intake register Details tab.
If the respondent doesn't have a Hyperproof login, they must use a one-time passcode to access the survey. See One-time passcodes for external users in Hyperproof Gov or One-time passcodes for external users in Hyperproof US and Hyperproof EU.
To copy the risk intake survey link:
From the left menu, select Risk.
Click the Intake register card.
Select the Details tab.
In the right pane under Survey link, click Copy link.
The survey URL is copied to your clipboard.
