Publishing a dashboard

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

Once the dashboard is ready, you must publish it from the draft stage to make it visible in the Dashboard menu.

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Click Dashboards & Widgets.

  3. From the left menu, select Dashboards.

  4. Locate the dashboard you want to publish and open it.

    The Dashboard builder displays.

  5. Click the Publish button at the bottom of the window.

    If this is the first time you are publishing and you haven't set any permissions for the dashboard, the Permissions to view window displays. If you have already set permissions, skip to step Step 9.

  6. In the Permissions to view window, use the search field to add users. You can also specify users by role, such as Admin, Manager, and User. If you specify by role, all users in that role can view your dashboard.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Click Publish again.

  9. On the Publish Dashboard window, in the Version Details field, enter any information you want to store about this version of the dashboard.

  10. Click Confirm.
