Creating a Risk AI questionnaire

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select Risk AI Questionnaires.
Click Add New > and select Create new.
The New Risk AI Questionnaire window displays.
Enter a name for the questionnaire.
Enter a description for the questionnaire.
Click Create.
The Questionnaire Builder displays.
When you are creating a Risk AI questionnaire, you can create the questionnaire by importing it from a CSV or XLSX file. See Importing a Risk AI questionnaire.
If you have already created an empty Risk AI questionnaire, you have the option of importing controls (questions) or adding them manually. See Import questions into a Risk AI questionnaire and Add questions manually to a Risk AI questionnaire.
