Import questions into a Risk AI questionnaire

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
When configuring a Risk AI questionnaire, you have the option of entering questions manually or using the Import Controls option to import questions from predefined Risk AI templates. The import option is useful if you want to quickly populate the questionnaire with standard questions based on established risk criteria.
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select Risk AI Questionnaires.
Click the questionnaire where you want to import questions.
Click Import Controls in the section of the questionnaire where you want to import questions.
The Add Controls window displays.
From the left menu, select the template containing the controls you want.
The controls for the selected template are listed in the right panel.
Use the dropdown arrows and checkboxes to select the controls you want to include in your questionnaire.
Click Add.
The controls are added to your questionnaire.
