Importing a Risk AI questionnaire

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
Create a Risk AI questionnaire by uploading and importing a questionnaire from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) files. A maximum file size of 20 MB, containing up to 3,000 rows, is supported.
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select Risk AI Questionnaires.
Click Add New >.
From the menu, select Import.
The Import Questionnaire window displays.
Drag and drop the import file into the Upload field, or click Browse to upload it manually.
Click Next.
The File Preview window displays.
If everything looks correct, click Next.
The Select header row tab displays.
Click the header row to select it and click Next.
The Mapping columns tab displays the selected headers and a sample dataset.
For each row in the Columns in Uploaded File column, click the Edit icon in the Existing Items column. Select the existing field that matches the field in the uploaded file. For example, if the uploaded file has a column named SECTION NAME, map that to Section Name in the Existing Items column.
Once all the fields are mapped correctly, click Next.
The Final preview window displays.
Review the field mappings, and if everything is mapped correctly, click Finish.
The Questionnaire Details window displays.
Enter a title for the new questionnaire and click Confirm.
A confirmation window displays asking if you are sure you want to import the questionnaire.
Click Confirm.
The import process begins in the background. It may take a few minutes to complete. Once the import is complete, the new questionnaire is available under Settings > Questionnaires.
