Risk AI - Reviewing and rerunning automated analysis of vendor responses

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
When a vendor has responded to your questionnaire by uploading documents for analysis, you can review the results and rerun the analysis if necessary.
From the menu, select Projects.
The list of projects displays.
Select the project containing the questionnaire and response you want to review.
The project window displays the list of questions and the corresponding analysis by the Risk AI.
To rerun the Risk AI for a specific question, click the Risk AI icon next to that question.
To rerun the entire assessment, click the Risk AI icon at the top of the window. The dropdown menu displays the following options:
Rerun with Vendor Document - This option reprocesses the Risk AI with the vendor’s existing documents.
Upload Document Before Rerun - Selecting this option opens a window where you can choose additional documents, either from vendor submissions or upload new ones. After selecting the documents, click Rerun.
When initiating a rerun, you are presented with the following options:
Run with Vendor Document Only - Processes using only documents provided by the vendor.
Run with Manually Uploaded Document - Processes using documents manually uploaded by the buyer.
Run with Both Vendor and Manually Uploaded Documents - Processes using a combination of vendor and manually uploaded documents.
Finalizing vendor responses
After reviewing the Risk AI-generated responses, you can use the following options to finalize them.
Is this response correct? - Mark whether the response meets expectations.
Mark as reviewed - For each question, you can mark responses as reviewed if satisfied.
Score - If scoring is enabled, assign scores to responses as needed.
