Risk AI questionnaire - vendor response and analysis

When you configure a Risk AI questionnaire and share it with a vendor, the vendor receives an email with a link to access the questionnaire. The vendor can complete the following tasks:
Access the questionnaire - Click the link in the email you sent to access the document submission page.
Upload documents - If documents were previously uploaded, the vendor will see a list of these documents. If not, they can upload new documents.
Confirm document submission - The vendor clicks Confirm to submit. This action initiates the Risk AI Automation.
Risk AI response automation
After the vendor confirms their document submission, the automated analysis begins:
Automated responses - The Risk AI system processes the vendor documents and populates responses in the questionnaire.
Review responses - Once responses are ready, the buyer can view them in the Questionnaire Response window, which displays a status indicator (checkmark icon) in the sidebar.
