Workflows - Instruction component

The instruction component is designed to configure and display instructions for collaborators and vendors during the project workflow. It allows users to view, edit, and download instructions. Vendor-specific instructions can also be configured and shared during vendor requests. See Configuring workflow components.
Key features include:
Instruction description - Provides clear and configurable instructions for collaborators, guiding them during the workflow to ensure smooth progress.
Editable configuration
Instruction message - Admins can input or modify the instructional text for collaborators and vendors.
Seller instruction configuration
If enabled, the instructions are included whenever a vendor request is sent.
Vendors can view the configured instructions related to the request, helping them complete their tasks efficiently.
Options
View instructions - Loads all configured instructions dynamically based on the workflow.
Edit instructions - Users can update the instructional text at any time.
Download instructions - Users can download the instructions for offline use.
