Assigning a user or group to a vendor

Roles and permissions

The following roles can assign a user or group to a vendor:

  • Administrators

  • Compliance managers who are members of the Register

  • Users who are members of the Vendor Register

  1. From the left menu, select Vendors.

  2. Select the Vendors tab.

  3. Select the vendor you want to assign the user or group to.

  4. In the right pane, expand the Owner section.

  5. From the Assign by drop-down menu, select either Individual or Group. If you selected Group, click Select group, then select the group to add.

    The user or group is assigned to the vendor.
