Customizing your program's health

Only administrators can customize health calculations
It's only recommended to adjust your program's health settings if you’re absolutely sure that the default calculations don’t suit the needs of your organization.
From the left menu, select Settings.
Select Health.
Select the tab that corresponds with the settings you want to adjust.
Note
Health rules for control with scopes assignments only apply to the parent control.
Click Update rules.
The Customize health window opens.
Do one of the following:
Mouse over a rule, click Edit, and then edit the rule, OR click the Trash icon to delete the rule.
Click New to add a new rule. Edit the rule as necessary.
Note
Be sure to keep critical rules at the top (lower numbers), at risk rules in the middle, and healthy rules at the bottom (higher numbers).
Click Save.
Tip
Note that you can restore the default settings at any time by clicking Restore defaults.
